One of the things that fascinate me in recent times, is realising that there are a whole lot of people, just like me, trying their best to make every minute of their living count , giving their best to personal development and contributing to their world in no small way.  Although once in a while I’m sometimes dazed by the other set of majority who see nothing serious about this whole thing called life, and especially those at the extreme of even causing tears and pain in the life of others. It’s a world of good and bad.  Nonetheless, those category of people cannot be the reason for us to stop being the light that we are to our world.  A lot of people are buying books and reading them, taking online courses, subscribing to mentorship, showing up daily. When You Feel Like Quitting

To quit simply means to stop or discontinue a process. By nature, humans are first and foremost emotional beings. Biology explains to us that there are over seven trillion nerves in the human body. All these nerves are part of what is called our Nervous System. You can think of nerves as your body’s electrical wiring, they transmit signals between your brain, spinal cord, and the rest of your body. These nerves make us sensual beings , different from plants who can’t really see things or feel the way we do. But apart from nerves, the human body also contains and releases hormones. These hormones are chemicals that make us feel positive and negative sensations, but the thing is they are released due to external and internal factor called stimuli. How to Stay Consistent in 2022

Shall we?  I’ve come across two particular videos this year, which have drawn my attention to something really important. I came across the first on the second day of the year, and the second one just yesterday.  Both videos were trying to communicate a simple message, an expression of how energy levels channelled towards personalised goals for the year reduce day by day.  Our individual approach to every new year differ, nonetheless I have a sense of respect for people who can be thoughtful enough to state or list out certain goals to make their year different.  Howbeit, as humans, we find pleasure more convenient than work. And keeping to one thing can actually be inconvenient and very boring. I believe it takes more than willpower and intentionality to be consistent.  It is easy to start a business, it is tougher to keep at it. It is easy to set up a team, it is tougher to maintain it.
